{Weekend Wedding} Rockabilly Theme

Good afternoon readers and welcome to a Rockabilly Themed Weekend Wedding!

A fun tea-length wedding dress with sweetheart neckline by Stephanie James Couture is accented by a black halter neck wiggle dress that shows off all of the bridesmaid's sexy curves. Long before the rockin' vows are exchanged, the guests get a hint at the fun in store when they receive personalized invitations in the shape of old vinyl records. The reception venue is the perfect place for a vintage Rockabilly wedding. The table linens are black, white, and blue polka dots and the room is filled with vintage cars and memorabilia. Instead of serving a personalized cocktail, this couple opts for serving a classic, Coca-Cola in glass bottles! The guests marvel at a cake that is simple white with vintage tattoo inspired decorations. And of course, this wedding would not be complete without music! This is a wedding that will not soon be forgotten!

{It's the Little Touches...}

How amazing and how tasty could these little cakes be? Burger and fries mini-cakes harken back to the 50's burger joint and malt shop atmosphere.

A vintage netted veil, like this one, or a birdcage veil is perfect for a vintage 1950's or Rockabilly themed wedding. Plus, they are a stylish alternative to a longer more traditional veil.

These little favors are simple kraft paper boxes topped with a red bow and personalized tattoo label.

Next week is the last week of November's Vintage Month (gosh, is it December already?). We will be looking at a soft and beautiful Pink, Gold, and Ivory Vintage Wedding. Quick! Before it's too late, cast your vote for the theme that will kick of the magical month of December.
