A wintery a-line bridal gown with sweetheart neckline and organz overlay by Alvina Valenta is accented by a grey bridesmaid dress with vintage inspired styling. Long before these wintery nuptials take place, the guests receive unique silver scroll invitations that are hand tied with a grey ribbon. The day of the wedding is a winter wonderland, as the tables are elegantly draped with white and silver linens with snowflake accents. The flowers are a classic shade white but are transformed with crystal, silver, and pinecone additions. The guests marvel at a beautiful cake with three offset tiers that is decorated with snowy sugar pinecones. No one will soon forget this winter wedding!

A wintery lace wedding dress with v-neckline and red sash by Christina Wu is accented by a cranberry red bridesmaid dress with scoop neckline and cap sleeves by Donna Rico. The bride and her maids carry simple and elegant bouquets of white and red roses. Snow white candles with red petals in clear vases light the way through the holiday air from the ceremony to the reception. A holiday elegance is established by draping the tables in snow white linens that are accented with piercing cranberry red bows and flowers. The guests sip on the couple's signature cranberry drink while they indulge in a non-traditional marshmallow cheesecake topped with sugared cranberries.
This necklace and earring set by etsy seller msbelle is the perfect shade of red and they even look like little cranberries! A perfect gift for yourself or your bridemaids!
Little white boxes topped with real or fake sugared cranberries make great favor boxes for your guests!
Another great project for the DIY bride! Try hanging strands of cranberries above your tables or adding cranberries to pillar candle or floating candle centerpieces for that special holiday feel!

{Weekend Wedding} Light Blue, Silver, & White

An elegant strapless dress with silver accents and finished with a white cardigan by Priscilla of Boston is complimented by a light blue dress with darker blue ribbon by Alfred Angelo. Guests of this wintery wedding received beautiful light blue and silver invitations that set the tone for the wintery nuptials long before the vows were exchanged. The tables are decorated in light blue with silver and crystal accents. Snowflakes and snowy pinecones are an added wintery touch to the whole occasion. While enjoying the snowy view from the window, the guests are warmed by deliciously flavoured coffees and hot chocolate and indulge in icey looking cupcakes. At the end of the evening, everyone is sent home with candied marshmellows to enjoy.
You'll be sure to turn heads in an elegant wrap that truly exudes the wintery feel of a holiday wedding.
These little place cards are a great project for the DIY bride. Paint some pinecones (try scented for the extra wow factor) with silver or white paint and add glitter for a bit of sparkle. Top it all off with with hand written label. These even make great favours simply by adding personalized tags.
Frosted cookies, white marshmellows, or candies make a great favor for this palette when placed in a clear or silver box that is finished off with a hand tied ribbon.
I have something special in store for you all next week, so be sure to check in often!

{Floral Friday} Light Blue, Silver, & White
Good afternoon everyone and welcome to this edition of {Floral Friday}!
This week is all about a Light Blue, Silver, & White winter wedding palette! For your flowers the easiest way to go would definitely be white, it says clean and elegant. For wintery accents, try things like crystals, blue ribbons, or silver coloured twigs. Sometimes its just best to let the flowers do the talking, so, enjoy!
