{Eye Candy} Engagement Photoshoots with Umbrellas

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to another edition of {Eye Candy}!
Bringing props along for your engagement and wedding photo shoots are a great way to personalize them and give them a unique feel. During the Christmas break, I was inspired by a Chrisian Dior advertisement to feature an eye candy post on engagement and wedding photos that featured balloons. Then I started to find tons of photos that featured all kinds of interesting props. So, for the last two weeks, I've been polling my you on your favourite engagement photo shoot props. The competition was tight between umbrellas, kites, animals, and luggage. However, in the end Umbrellas came out on top. In celebration of this unique prop I offer you a collection of some of my favourite photos that feature umbrellas and parasols. Enjoy!

{Monday Eye Candy}

Hello again everyone and welcome back! I thought to myself what better way is there to start the year off than with a little eye candy? So, here we are for the first {Monday Eye Candy} of 2010!

Can you guess what one of the most fun trends for weddings is? It's LITERALLY been popping up all over and I can't help but to be taken in by the unique charm. I'll give you a hint ... it all stems from this little Dior advertisement!

That's right ... BALLOONS! And no, we're not talking the balloon decorations and archways of weddings from the 80's & 90's. The wedding balloons of 2009/2010 are modern and that means BIG, BRIGHT, & COLOURFUL! They're making their way into ceremony and reception decorations, as well as, props for engagement and wedding photoshoots. And what a great way to add a little fun to your day! So, let's take a look at this fantastic wedding trend.
Enjoy!
