Table Top Tuesday - Ivory Edition

Hello again and welcome to another Table Top Tuesday!
This week we will be looking at wedding details and accents in classic ivory. To me ivory means softness, elegance, beauty, and of course, romance. Ivory can be used in a monochromatic palette or becuase it is a neutral colour it can also be used with pretty much any colour. So with ivory you can't go wrong! Check out these ivory table top details. Enjoy!

I think the Ivory look is heavenly but my daughter finds it too traditional. I am trying to convince her that traditional is back in. What are your thoughts?

Ivory does have a traditional look to it, that's why alot of people use it to give their weddings a "Vintage" feel.
If your daughter wants to use ivory in her wedding palette but wants to cut the traditional feel that comes from it, she should try pairing it with something that has a bit of an edge to it or brightens it up. Colours like coral, peach, gray, or shades of green will compliment ivory while at the same time playing down its traditional look.
However, if your daughter feels that ivory isn't something that she wants to incorporate, you should remember that it is her wedding and in the end it comes down to what her vision is for her big day.
Good luck!
