Welcome to Paris!  For this Parisian themed wedding, the couple has chosen a chic colour combination of grey and pink.  A fun tea length wedding dress with polka dotted overlay by an unknown designer is accented by a flowing grey bridesmaid dress with halter neck by AfterSix and grey suits for the groomsmen.  Long before the wedding vows are exchanged, the guests receive fashionable striped invitations in French.  The wedding tables are elegantly draped in pink linens and upon each table sits a miniature Eiffel tower centerpiece.  To pay hommage to the vintage French balloon women, the rooms are filled with bunches of pink balloons, which the guests released into the air.  The guests indulge in a table overflowing with French sweets and candies, and at the end of the night everyone is sent home with a miniature Eiffel tower to remember their time in this fantastic destination.

{Weekend Wedding} Red, Black, & Grey

Welcome to a {Weekend Wedding} in Red, Black, & Grey!

{What to Wear Wednesday} Red, Black, & Grey

Good evening and welcome back for another {What to Wear Wednesday}.
This week we are looking at a Red, Black, & Grey colour combination. This combo is both elegant and sophisticated, but it can also be fun and modern simply by trying more modern silhouettes and accessories. Who doesn't love an excuse for a long shopping excursion with your besties? So, let's take a look at some great fashion inspirations for your special day.

{Accessories}

Who doesn't love accessories? They are the perfect way to finish off your look, so be sure to consider hair, shoes, purses, jewelry, and make-up for both you and your girls. Also, don't be afraid to think outside of the box. Try fabric flowers or even feathers. And why not try an interesting pattern like stripes or polka dots that add a punch of fun to your accessories.

You really want your girls to pop, so I really recommend putting them in either black or grey, both of which are very flattering. {Table Top Tuesday} Red, Black, & Grey

Good evening and welcome to the Red, Black, & Grey edition of {Table Top Tuesday}.
This week we will be looking at a colour combination that is both elegant and sophisticated. It is a classic combination that offers you alot of options for personalizing your special day. Let's take a look at some of these great inspirations.

{Centerpieces, Decorations, & Table Settings}

This is really a no-brainer. There is no greater pop of colour than red, so using red accents really makes black and grey linens and decorations stand out. Also, think about the atmosphere that you want to create for your day. Grey is a more mellow colour. So, if you want to keep your day a bit low-key you would definitely want to go for grey as your main colour. Black is a bit harsher and alot more dramatic than grey. So be sure to use black as your main colour is you want alot more drama in the overall look of your special day.

{Stationary}

The same goes for your stationary as does your decorations and table settings. Be sure to opt for grey as your main colour if you want to give your guests the impression that your affair will be a more mellow event. Opt for black as your main colour if your are going for a more dramatic look. And don't forget that red pop of colour! Invitations and save-the-dates are the first impressions that your guests will get about your upcoming nuptials so make sure that you use your colours to the best advantage.

{Desserts}

There are so many ways to use these colours in order to get THE best possible cake for your special day. Think about red flowers and petals, black or grey lace, gems, bows, ribbons ... the options are endless! Also, using silver is a way to include "grey" on your cake without actually using not-so-appetizing-looking grey icing.

{Holiday Wedding} Silver, Grey, & White
